Writing articles for maximum traffic

Articles can be a great way to gain traffic to your website. When you write articles, there is always a publisher out there who wants to provide their visitors with quality information.

Write articles on what you have extensive knowledge in. I write SEO related articles all the time and I publish them on various article distribution websites. What happens is there are webmasters who go to those websites looking for text content. They can grab your article and publish it on their website as long as they keep a link or a credit to you. When their visitors see your link or name they just might follow that information right to your doorstep.

You can also build a large reader-base by writing articles and sending them in newsletter format. It is always an excellent idea to create a newslist and allow your visitors to subscribe or unsubscribe. You can not only provide them with quality information they are looking for but you can also slip in a few advertisements. On top of it, your articles can be free to your visitors which is incentive to sign up and read them.

Articles can be a huge traffic builder. Use them. Don’t abuse them.
